E Exercise and/or meditation are health must dos.
Don't be intimidated by the thought of exercising, as there are so many options; alone, in a group, at the gym, at home, at the beach, on the road, and even at your playground (Ha! Ha!). The goal is to get moving - start off small with short spans of time and work your way up to 30 minutes. Focus on enjoying the moment. I found some wonderful products to help me explore different exercise programs; such as, bowling, running, weight lifting, rebounding, and biking.
